HUD Approves IndiSoft Module for Direct Reporting by Counselors

Columbia, Maryland-based IndiSoft, LLC, a technology development firm that provides software as a service (SaaS) solutions for the mortgage default and financial services industries, announced Tuesday that the company has enhanced its RxOffice Premium Counselor Edition.

The updated module has been approved by HUD for direct, electronic reporting by agencies participating in its Housing Counseling Program.

The module was created to address the surge in the number of homeowners needing counseling to make informed housing decisions. It gives counseling agencies a scalable and flexible web-based case management tool to better manage their internal business operations, IndiSoft explained.

The module features a secured, proprietary messaging system allowing its users to send and receive messages from other users and to integrate with email software to auto-file inbound and outbound emails with associated cases.

It also features the ability to electronically post data to the HUD Housing Counselor System. RxOffice Premium Counselor Edition can be used by any HUD-approved agency that uses a client management system to track counseling activities, and that participates in HUD’s Housing Counseling Program. By using the RxOffice module, agencies have an automated means of collecting, storing, and transmitting HUD required information.
